Free Full-Length CELPIP Mock Tests

Four complete simulations of the real CELPIP General Test. Each mock runs the official section order with its real clock - Listening (6 parts, 38 questions, about 50 minutes), Reading (4 parts, 38 questions, about 57 minutes), Writing (2 tasks, about 56 minutes) and Speaking (8 tasks, about 17 minutes) - about three hours in total. Every question is original PrepSettle content written to the public CELPIP test blueprint, with a full answer key and explanations when you finish. No account, no cost, unlimited retakes.

What each CELPIP mock covers

A CELPIP General mock has to exercise four separate skills in one sitting, and that is what each of these four sets does. Listening runs six parts and 38 questions in about 50 minutes, with every recording playing once. Reading runs four parts and 38 questions in about 57 minutes, moving from everyday texts to multi-paragraph arguments. Writing sets two tasks - an email and a survey response - in about 56 minutes, and Speaking sets eight recorded tasks in about 17 minutes, from describing a scene to defending an opinion. Start to finish, a set takes roughly three hours, the same shape as the real test.

How it is timed and scored

Each section carries its own clock and locks when the time runs out or you submit, so a section you have finished cannot be reopened - the same rule the real test applies. The multiple-choice sections are marked automatically; Writing and Speaking are self-assessed against the published task guidance, with word counts and timers, because a practice platform cannot issue a real rater's level.

On the real CELPIP each of the four skills is scored from 1 to 12, and those levels map one to one onto the Canadian Language Benchmarks - a CELPIP 9 is CLB 9 for immigration purposes. Your practice report mirrors that structure: a level-style read per skill, so you can see whether your writing is holding you back while your listening is already strong.

What the report gives back, and how to use it

Use the first mock as a diagnostic, not a rehearsal: sit it cold, read the per-skill breakdown, then spend your study time on the weakest skill using the Listening, Reading, Writing or Speaking drills before you return to a second full set. Every set is open without an account, so there is nothing stopping you from working through all four before your test date.

Take a mock test

Pick a set and start. Each section runs its real clock and locks when its time ends or when you submit – you cannot return to a finished section, exactly like the real test. Writing and Speaking are self-assessed with word counts, timers and task guidance.

All four sections are timed and locked like the real test: Listening 38 questions, Reading 38 questions, Writing 2 tasks and Speaking 8 tasks. Full answer key and explanations the moment you finish. No account, no cost, unlimited retakes.
