PrepSettle is built and maintained by a small independent team, so your feedback directly shapes what we improve next.

Reporting a question you think is wrong

If an answer or an explanation looks wrong, we want to hear about it. Reports are checked by hand rather than filed into a queue, and when a report is confirmed the answer, the explanation and any related items are corrected together so they never disagree. A correction usually lands within a few days.

• The exam the question belongs to (TEAS, MET or CELPIP).
• The section it sits in.
• The test number, so we open the right set.
• The question text as you saw it, or its number within the set.

That is usually enough for us to locate the item and judge whether the key or the explanation needs to change. If you have a source that settles the point, include it — it helps us confirm the fix before it goes live. You do not need to be certain you are right to send a report; a second look is cheap, and a wrong key is the one thing that quietly wastes a candidate's study time.

Many common questions are already covered on our MET and CELPIP practice pages, our blog, and the MET study guide. If you are preparing for a specific visa or CLB level, the relevant guide pages explain score requirements in detail. Checking those first often gets you an answer faster.
