The steps

  1. Check eligibility for FSWP, CEC or FST.
  2. Language test — CELPIP General (IRCC-designated) at CLB 7+.
  3. ECA (credential assessment) for foreign education.
  4. Create an Express Entry profile and get your CRS score.
  5. Receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in a draw.
  6. Submit the e-APR with medical, police and financial proof.
  7. PR granted (target ~6 months from ITA).
